Pre School Services

Busy Bee Pre-School
Busy Bee Preschool is a non-profit co-operative association of parents whose purpose is to operate a preschool facility of high standards for 3 and 4 year olds in our community.  We have a teacher and teacher's assistant who are passionate about promoting learning through experiences, practicing in school related skills, encouraging creativity and direct activities to bring out the best in each child.

Classes run every year from the beginning of September until the end of May at Wagner Elementary School here in Nipawin.  Depending on the enrollment, students attend class Tuesdays and Thursdays orMondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 – 12:00. We can only take 16 children per class and will run up to 2 classes, so get your registrations in!

Your child must be 4 by December 31 of the school year.  If a child turns 3 years of age during the year she /he can enroll at that time but must be potty trained.

Little Achievers Pre-School
Little Achievers Pre-school is licensed by the Early years branch of the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education and are approved to accept Pre-School aged children between the ages of 2.5years-5 years.   We offer FULL DAY Childcare and follow a pre-school age appropriate curriculum that allows for growth and development of all developmental areas to ensure Kindergarten readiness.
We understand the importance of the Early Years.  This is a time of remarkable growth where children are experiencing rapid development, learning new skills & progressing steadily towards physical, intellectual & social emotional milestones.  Our Achievers Ready for School program is filled with investigation & exploration, where children can refine & expand their skills & knowledge.
We understand that each child is unique.  It is with this in mind that we try our best to assess each child on an ongoing basis.  Parents receive a weekly email detailing their child’s weekly and a quarterly assessment/report keeping track of your child’s progress and development allowing us to cater to your child’s specific needs.
Our goal is to offer the families of Nipawin a High quality Pre-school experience where the children are able to learn & grow in a nurturing, safe, child centred space.  We believe in the value of both structured and non structured activities.
Our Achievers Ready for School Pre-School Program allows for a variety of valuable daily experiences; including art explorations, science, math and early literacy development through education & ongoing project work which is planned from the ongoing interests and questions of our children.  We've created an environment where the child's natural desire to learn is stimulated through meaningful, appropriate and playful learning experiences.  We strive to develop the whole child by focusing on all learning areas.
At Little Achievers Pre-school & Childcare Centre we offer a High Quality Learning experience through play, in a safe, nurturing, child oriented environment by offering a wide range of experiences that are essential for the development and growth necessary in the pre-school years.  We constantly strive to offer excellence in Child Care, Learning & Teacher-Student Interactions.
