Nipawin's school system is a full-curriculum system with almost all options available for students. Our comprehensive high school offers a wide variety of academic and practical courses wherein students can take part in the numerous events and extra-curricular activities available. Our elementary schools offer the benefits of smaller classes and a more comfortable setting yet are not lacking in technology or other services available to larger schools.

"Located on the south edge of Nipawin, NBC offers various courses with a core focus on biblical instruction in a great community and relational setting.  They seek to disciple and grow students through various opportunities and ministry settings, providing a good foundation for a life of living out one's faith.  Classes run from September to April with an average student body of sixty students.  NBC attracts students from across the three prairie provinces each year and has a strong Alumni support base dating back to its beginnings in 1934."

Cumberland Regional College

headquartered in Nipawin, Cumberland Regional College (CRC) provides three types of programs to northeastern Saskatchewan including a learning centre. The classes offered in each program are based on the Regional Needs Assessment Report, which states the ratio of education to lab our shortage. Over 7,418 students throughout the region receive furthered education from CRC with over $15,700 worth of scholarships dispensed. Programs include University, Skills Training and Adult Basic Education.
