Irene Manley Pool Schedule
Irene Manley Pool opened Monday, May 17. Pool schedules for the summer are available at the pool or on the nipawin.com calendar of events. Single admission rates this season are Preschoolers Free, Students and Senior Citizens $3, and Adults $4. Season Passes are available as well and are $75 for Students and Seniors, $105 for Adults which also includes Aquacizes. A Family Pass rate is $155. Registration for summer swim lessons can be done in person beginning May 17.

Public Notice - April 16, 2010 - Fire Pits
With spring’s arrival, residents may be thinking of constructing or purchasing a fire pit to enjoy those warm evenings visiting with friends and family. Please contact the Town prior to constructing or purchasing your fire pit, as there are requirements in the Fire Prevention bylaw that may be applicable. Contact the Town office for additional details.

Town staff would be more than happy to assist in providing information regarding your project, from construction details to building permit costs.

Build in New Coventry Crescent Subdivision - Pay No Property Taxes for Three Full Years
In preparation for growth and future subdivision expansion, the Town of Nipawin is clearing out our inventory of new lots in the Coventry Subdivision. The Town of Nipawin will cancel all property taxes for land and improvements for three years (3) years to purchasers of residential property in Phase I, II, and III of the Coventry Crescent subdivision. The tax incentive is applicable on lots purchased until December 31, 2010.
