Walleye Park in Nipawin, Saskatchewan, is home to four premier softball and slo-pitch diamonds, a beloved destination for local athletes and visiting teams alike. The diamonds at Walleye Park were made possible through the funds raised by the Vanity Cup Fishing Tournament, a premier fishing tournament for over 30 years. The diamonds are now kept in pristine condition by the Town Nipawin and play host to the Nipawin Slow Pitch League, Minor softball and numerous tournaments for all ages. The diamonds are not just a place for sports; they represent the unity and pride of Nipawin, bringing together generations of players and fans in a space created by the community, for the community.
Elks Park is or the Guy Jennings fields are located directly North of the LP high school Grounds.

Senior Men’s Baseball and 15U Diamond:
The park is equipped with a diamond for senior men’s Giants and 18 u minor baseball, providing a high-quality playing surface that meets the standards for competitive play. Adjacent to it is a 15U diamond, tailored to the needs of younger athletes. These fields are vital in nurturing local talent, offering a space where the youth can develop their skills.
Batting Cage:
One of the standout features of Elks Park is its 85′ x 16′ batting cage, an essential facility for players looking to refine their hitting techniques. The spacious cage accommodates both youth and senior players, providing ample room for batting practice and contributing significantly to player development.
Lions and Rotary Fields are located in Central park with entry off of Nipawin Road East.
Lions and Rotary Field at Central Park are utilized for youth baseball, specifically catering to the 11U and 13U age groups. These fields are designed to provide young athletes with a quality environment for developing their skills and enjoying the sport.
11U and 13U Baseball Diamonds:
The fields at Lions and Rotary Field are perfectly suited for 11U and 13U baseball, with dimensions and facilities tailored to the needs of younger players. These diamonds are where many of Nipawin’s young baseball enthusiasts get their first taste of competitive play, honing their skills in a supportive and well-maintained environment.
Community Involvement:

The Soccer pitches are immediately North of the LP Miller High School and surround the football field and track as well as the ball diamonds. The town’s commitment to maintaining high-quality fields is evident in the well-kept fields available for beginners, to seniors.
4 Beginner Fields: Designed for the youngest players, these smaller pitches are perfect for introducing children to the basics of soccer. These fields offer a safe and nurturing environment where kids can learn and enjoy the game.

2 Senior Fields: The senior fields are regulation-sized pitches, maintained to a high standard, making them ideal for competitive play. These fields host matches for older teens and adults, providing a top-quality surface that supports advanced play and competitive soccer.
